BudgetGuaymas provides bulk procurement logistics auditing, asset optimization analytics, and customs clearance compliance verification under Nigeria Customs Service tariff codes. We do not offer consumer budgeting, financial advisory, or personal finance services. All deliverables are based on the data you submit and the current regulatory framework.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipment, inventory, and vendor records. Any misrepresentation of cargo value, HS code classification, or origin may result in incorrect compliance reports and potential legal liability. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
BudgetGuaymas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to customs delays, fines, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that compliance reports will prevent all regulatory actions.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that disrupts the platform or harms other users. Upon termination, you must cease using the service and delete any downloaded reports. Sections on limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
